The medium diamond knurling pattern machined into the 30mm diameter solid steel bar offers both close and wide grip options for isolating different heads of the biceps and triceps. 9.5″ long weight plate sleeves offer plenty of plate loading space and freely rotating bushings prevent torque build up on the wrists caused by spinning weight plates while performing arm exercises. The entire OBZ-30B from its gripping area to its bar sleeves is coated in a high quality black oxide finish.
