Plus, the OBZ-55’s extra long gripping area makes it long enough to be compatible with commercial arm training racks and benches. This bar features deep bends which allows the user to relieve stress on their wrists caused by performing certain exercises. 100% Made In The USA using no welds and no bolts which means a tight, reliable bar with ultra smooth rotating sleeves every time you use it.
