Ivanko Barbell OBXS-20KG-29MM Raw Stainless Steel Competition Powerlifting Bar – The USA Made Ivanko OBXS-20KG-29MM RAW is a limited edition Olympic bar by Ivanko. The Ivanko “Raw” Bar is constructed exactly the same way structurally as the standard Ivanko stainless steel OBXS-20KG29MM, just without the polished finish. Since there is no polishing to knock off the fine points of the knurling teeth, the knurling is sharper and more aggressive than a standard polished bar, offering the greatest “depth” or full engagement when gripped. The Ivanko Raw Bar is available with scale (colored hue) or with scale removed (matte stainless finish). When selected “with scale” the bar will be purplish/blueish/brownish in color. The colored hue comes from heat-treating the stainless bar and then leaving it “raw” rather than polishing it. Ivanko chose raw stainless steel to give this bar an “old school” feel and cosmetic appearance. No two bars will look exactly the same, making each bar produced unique to this special Ivanko “signature” treatment. The Ivanko Raw Bar is also available with scale removed, offering a uniform matte finish across the bar without the varying degrees of color left over from heat treatment. Both versions of the Ivanko “Raw” OBXS-20KG-29mm Bar are special LIMITED EDITION production runs and subject to availability at the time of order.
