Abdominal Crunch Machine – Muscle D Fitness (MDC-1008) – The Muscle D Abdominal Crunch Machine is designed to strengthen and define the abdominal muscles while in the upright seated crunch position. Trainees of all body types and strength levels will find the MDC-1008 accommodating and very easy to operate. The dense, closed-cell foam seat pad provides a comfortable workout and is easy to adjust to the perfect height. Oversized foam foot rollers hold the feet in place enhancing the isolation and contraction of the crunch for proper core training. The arm pads and handlebars keep the torso in the preferred crunch position throughout the workout. A 150 lb. weight stack is within reach for quick and easy weight changes and rides on hardened steel guide rods driven by high tensile strength cables pulley wheels with sealed bearings. And the cockpit is surrounded by industrial strength steel tubing coated in a platinum baked-on powder coat finish.
