This selectorized back extension is ideal for rehabilitation exercises as well as strength training. Users can quickly adjust the angle of the back roller pad for just the right fit and preferred range of motion. Foot rollers and non-slip side handles keep the user in the correct anatomical position for better isolation and contraction of the lower back muscles. A 150 lb. weight stack is conveniently located to the right for quick weight changes without having to exit the machine. And the rectangular steel tubing provides a strong design and heavy base weight giving the MDC-1016 a solid feel throughout each rep.
