CalGym CG-9514 Selectorized Seated Leg Extension/Leg Curl Machine – The CalGym CG-9514 by TuffStuff is a selectorized two-in-one leg machine offering both a leg extension for the quads and seated leg curl for the hamstrings. Transitioning between leg extensions and hamstring
curls is accomplished by simply adjusting two roller pads via the cam adjustment handles. The thigh roller located closest to the user is adjustable up and out of the way when performing leg extensions or adjusts downward against the thigh keeping the user from lifting off the seat when performing hamstring curls.
The lower leg roller also features a quick adjusting cam handle that positions the roller pad down and underneath the seat for performing leg extensions or move it upward so that the back of the lower calf can use the hamstrings to curl the weight downward. Having the ability to work both the anterior and posterior
of the lower body all in one machine makes the CG-9514 very appealing to facilities that are limited in space or even on a budget. Combination strength machines often allow valuable floor space to be utilized to its full potential offering a wider range of exercise options.

All seat padding consists of a high density EMR urethane foam covered with black, double stitched upholstery and 3/4 plywood backing to withstand the harshest workouts. Smooth resistance to the quadriceps and hamstrings is supplied through a system of 2,200 lb. capacity cables, nylon pulley wheels with sealed bearings and polished solid steel guide rods. And for additional safety especially in locations where there is little to no supervision, weight stack shrouds ensure that objects and body parts always remain clear of moving weight stacks
