Body-Solid SPB368G Shoulder Press Olympic Bench – The SPB368G Shoulder Press Olympic Bench by Body-Solid is a full commercial rated military bench press with 90 degree vertical back pad to support the exerciser while performing seated overhead shoulder press and behind-the-neck shoulder press exercises. Three zinc-plated gun rack style bar catches are spaced 5.5 inches apart and allow improved safety and self-spotting. If the exerciser cannot execute a shoulder press repetition to full arm extension to rack the barbell on the top catch, the bar can be pushed backwards into the gun rack where it will be guided into the next lowest bar catch. Heavy duty Durafirm back pad with double stitched upholstery provides comfort during heavy lifts and is designed to be tall enough to support the user’s back but still allow clearance for head to be tilted back during pressing without interference. Bolt-together construction makes this bench perfect for placement inside workout rooms where access is limited by narrow doorways or hallways. And, the 1000 pound maximum weight rating means you can load up your barbell to high capacity knowing you have a solid and stable foundation beneath.
