Compact Cable Crossover Machine – Muscle D Fitness (MDM-CCC) – The Muscle D MDM-CCC Compact Cable Crossover Machine is designed to be the centerpiece of the weight room for upper and lower body cable resistance training. With its fully adjustable swivel pulleys, users can incrementally adjust the height of the handles or cable attachments to zero in on specific muscles. Adjust the pulleys all the way up for exercises like cable crossovers, tricep pushdowns and one-arm rows. Adjust to the middle to hit the mid and upper chest during crossovers and for rear delts. Adjust the pulleys low for bicep curls, front and side lateral raises and more. Change out the handles for ankle cuffs (not included) and perform leg and hip exercises including adduction and abduction.

The Muscle D MDM-CCC cable crossover machine is fabricated from heavy-duty 11-gauge rectangular steel tubing to provide a strong foundation for commercial use. The 2-150 lb. weight stacks glide on hardened steel guide rods and are driven by high tensile strength steel cables and nylon pulley wheels with sealed bearings.
