The MDE-02A design allows for easy entry and one-touch seat height adjustments. An anatomically correct cam and cable system transfers the resistance load to the abs engaging the lower, mid and upper ab muscles for a killer ab workout. Articulated back pads open and stretch the abdominal wall while the arm pads and handlebars help isolate and intensify the ab contraction on the way down. A 160 lb. weight stack is within reach for quick and easy weight changes and rides on polished steel guide rods driven by aircraft quality cable and a pulley wheel with sealed bearings. And the frame is fabricated from heavy-grade oval tubing and is finished with baked-on black powder coat.
