The MDE-12A features angled arm pads that put the upper arms in the ideal position for proper contraction and results producing stress to the biceps while removing the front delt completely from the lift. Unlike the shortened resistance curve of dumbbells or barbells, the Muscle D selectorized bicep curl keeps the amount of resistance constant from start to finish. Rotating handles automatically adjust to the users size and rep stroke and the one-touch seat adjustments further customizes the machine to the user. The 160 lb. weight stack sits nearby and includes a magnetic selector pin that can be changed out while seated. The Muscle D bicep curl machine is made from commercial grade components including a heavy-duty steel frame with powder coated finish, aircraft quality cables, pulley wheels with sealed bearings and thick, closed cell foam padding that properly supports the user.
