Elite Selectorized Glute Kickback Machine – Muscle D Fitness (MDE-07A) – The Muscle D Elite Selectorized Glute Kickback Machine is a selectorized exercise machine designed specifically to provide glute muscle resistance training for a strong and shapely butt. The Muscle D MDE-07A allows easy entry and exit so that anyone of any fitness level can safely access. The elbow pads, handles and stabilizing foot platform put the body in the ideal position to maximize isolation and contraction of the glutes for optimal training results. The kickback leg press bar follows an upward arc motion to contract the glutes concentrically during the lifting phase of the exercise. To amplify the contraction and burn of the glutes, slow the reps down, squeeze at the top of the rep and come down slow taking full advantage of the negative. Resistance of the glute kickback machine is provided by a 160 lb. weight stack that rides on chrome guide rods and is driven by heavy-duty steel cabling and pulley wheels with lubricated and sealed bearings. The glute kickback machines frame is built using heavy-grade oval tubing and is finished with baked-on black powder coat.
