Elite Selectorized Lat Pulldown Machine – Muscle D Fitness (MDE-03) – The Muscle D Elite Selectorized Lat Pulldown Machine is designed to allow users to perform behind the neck lat pulldowns or front pulldowns for upper and mid lat workouts. Behind the neck and front pulls are great exercises for increasing thickness and developing width for that sought after V-taper. The MDE-03 handles are ergonomically angled for reduced strain on the wrists joints and elbow tendons. Diverging arms bring the hands from directly overhead to the sides at the finish for added isolation and contraction of the lat muscles. The pneumatic seat adjusts with one hand to put the user in position quickly and easily. An easy access 200 lb. weight stack rides on polished steel guide rods driven by aircraft quality cable and a pulley wheel with sealed bearings. The frame is fabricated from heavy-grade oval tubing and is finished with a baked-on black powder coat.
