Elite Selectorized Seated Lat Row Machine – Muscle D Fitness (MDE-05) – The Muscle D Elite Selectorized Seated Lat Row Machine is designed to isolate the mid and lower lat muscles with rotating handles that let the user rotate the hands through the completion of the rep for maximum contraction. Row with the handles in the neutral position, much like performing dumbbell rows, or rotate with an overhanded grip for more incorporation of the mid lats and rear delts. Users can quickly customize the fit and range of motion by adjusting the chest and seat pads. A 200 lb. weight stack is within reach for quick and easy weight changes and rides on polished steel guide rods driven by aircraft quality cable and a pulley wheel with sealed bearings. The frame is fabricated from heavy-grade oval tubing and is finished with a baked-on black powder coat.
