Elite Selectorized Triceps Press Machine – Muscle D Fitness (MDE-06) – The Muscle D Elite Selectorized Triceps Press Machine is designed to allow users to simulate bodyweight tricep dips in a more controlled environment at a resistance level they can better use to safely isolate and build the triceps. Tricep presses, or “upper body squats”, are one of the most effective tricep exercises for hitting all three heads at once for ultimate mass and strength gains. The MDE-06 is fitted with a pneumatic seat lift that adjusts to the users preferred height with one hand. The back rest is anatomically angled to isolate the upper torso and keep the user in place, especially on heavier sets. Pressing handles rotate for narrow presses or wide presses to incorporate more of the pecs. A 200 lb. weight stack rides on polished steel guide rods driven by heavy steel cables and pulley wheel with sealed bearings. The frame is fabricated from heavy-duty 11 gauge steel tubing that feels rock solid as you blast your triceps.
