Legend Fitness 3220 Grappler Olympic Bar Attachment The 3220 Grappler Landmine Attachments by Legend Fitness quickly and easily attach to any Olympic bar for added versatility in your upper body workouts. Two Olympic bar attachment handles are included in the 3220. The 3220W which is a dual handle lat row attachment with 2 bar sleeve allows users to perform neutral grip lat rows and wide grip lat rows for developing thick, powerful lat muscles. Rubber grips provide a secure grip even when going heavy and the elevated handles allow full range of motion. The second included attachment is the 3220V Narrow Grip Landmine/Grappler handle. Fully welded for maximum strength and longevity, this attachment also features rubberized gripping handles for increased control and secure grip even with sweaty hands. And finally, the base, or docking station, of the 3220 consists of a weighted base plate with two gimbaled bar sleeves that allow full range of motion throughout your workouts.
