Iso-Lateral Row – Muscle D Fitness (MDP-1004) – The Muscle D Iso-Lateral Row isolates the lower lat muscles much like performing a lat row exercise with dumbbells. Lat rows can be performed with both arms at once or one at a time for additional isolation and contraction. Trainees can easily adjust the pneumatic lift assist seat up and down for the perfect fit. Adjust the seat higher to hit the lowest part of the lats or higher to incorporate more mid-lat. Overhanded and neutral non-slip grips are included for complete lower lat muscle coverage to bring out the sought after “Christmas Tree”. Each independent arm is angled to provide a diverging path of motion, which means as you draw the handles closer to the body you finish the movement with the handles wider than at the beginning of the row.
