Or, without any cable changes or other adjustments needed, grab the low row handle directly in front and perform low lat rows to isolate the mid and lower back muscles. The fully adjustable leg rollers conform to any user height keeping you locked in for proper stretch and range of motion while performing lat pulldowns. The seat is extra long to accommodate taller users while performing lat rows. Diamond plate foot plates offer balance and stability during lat rows allowing the user to really isolate the lats for a deeper burn. The 200 lb. weight stack is conveniently located directly in front of the user which comes in handy during drop sets. The heavy-duty frame is constructed from 11-gauge rectangular steel tubing for even more stability. And the closed-cell foam seat and rollers hold their shape for maximum comfort.
