Leverage Row – Muscle D Fitness (MDP-2012) – The Muscle D leverage row machine, also called a plate loaded lat row, is designed to thicken and strengthen the lower and mid lats for maximum size and power. Unlike a traditional bent over row, which utilizes a barbell, the Muscle D leverage row better isolates the lats and takes the strain off the lower back. Two grip choices, overhand and angled, combined with the pop-pin fore and aft adjustable handlebars add training versatility by hitting the lats from multiple angles as well as working to accommodate different size users. And the high density foam chest pad provides adequate cushion even when going heavy.
