Multi-Hip Inner Outer Thigh Machine – Muscle D Fitness (MDC-1014) – The Muscle D Multi-Hip Inner Outer Thigh Machine is designed to target the hips, legs and glutes through flexion, extension, adduction and abduction movement. The multi-hip, or “four-way hip”, features a unique, patent pending cam height adjustment with pneumatic assist can accommodate all heights of users with finger-tip adjustment. Further multi-hip machine adjustments include the leg roller, which can be adjusted in length via a pop-pin as well as rotated to multiple settings up to 180 degrees. Handlebars on either side stabilize the upper torso to help keep abs tight, hips neutral, shoulders over hips and hips over toes for proper execution of either of the four exercises. The 150 lb. weight stack glides smoothly over hardened steel guide rods driven by high tensile strength cables and nylon pulley wheels with sealed bearings. The multi-hip machine frame is fabricated using only commercial-grade 11-gauge steel tubing and is powder coated for additional scuff and corrosion resistance.
