Multi-Press Combo Machine – Muscle D Fitness (MDD-1001) – The Muscle D Multi-Press Combo Machine combines three strength training exercises into a single, minimized footprint. The flat chest press, incline chest press and seated shoulder press are three of the most powerful muscle and strength building exercises you can do for the upper body. With the MDD-1001, users can quickly change over to either of the three lifts. Simply pop the pin below the seat, hold onto the seat backrest handle and slide the carriage along the guide rod with linear bearings. Once in position, adjust the handles to the desired height and begin the exercise. The 200 lb. weight stack includes a magnetic selector pin and the entire system rides on hardened guide rods driven by heavy-duty cables and nylon pulleys with press-fit sealed bearings. The commercial grade frame is fabricated from big rectangular steel with 11 gauge walls and then is powder coated for maximum corrosion protection.
