Olympic Incline Bench – Muscle D Fitness (MDS-OIB) – The Muscle D Olympic Incline Bench is designed to isolate the upper pectoral muscles for complete chest development and power. It comes standard with three levels of bar catches for an added level of safety and to accommodate trainees of all sizes. The adjustable seat further customizes the fit of the MDS-OIB for proper lift off and re-rack. Four rear-mounted weight horns keep weight plates nearby for quick plate changes. And a built-in spotters platform sits directly behind the trainee giving the spotter adequate space and leverage to provide a safe spot.
