Olympic Military Bench – Muscle D Fitness (RL-OMB) – The Muscle D Olympic Military Bench is designed for seated military presses and behind the neck shoulder presses which are some of the most effective strength training exercises for the front and side deltoids. Trainees have the option of starting the lift from two bar catch heights located on the rear uprights, for behind the head presses, or from the front mounted bar catches, for military presses. A protective layer of vinyl lines the horizontal frame tubing which will protect the diamond knurling of your favorite power bar in the event of a missed rep. And a rear mounted spotters platform gives your spotter added leverage for increased safety and better ability in assisting with forced reps.
