Pec Deck / Rear Delt Combo Machine – Muscle D Fitness (MDD-1003) – The Muscle D Pec Deck / Rear Delt Combo Machine combines both the chest pumping pec deck exercise with the rear deltoid machine all in one small footprint. The MDD-1003 is designed to accommodate users of all sizes and exercise preferences. A precision, EZ Glide seat with pneumatic lift assist adjusts with one hand and puts the user at the perfect height for maximum pec and rear delt isolation and contraction. The unique, self-adjusting swivel arms require no manual adjustments and allow the user to dictate the desired path of motion, not the other way around. Pop-pin adjustments in the upper cams can be set to reduce or increase the range of motion and amount of stretch while performing the pec deck, or “chest fly”, exercise. A 200 lb. weight stack provides ample resistance to properly stimulate deep muscle fibers for maximal muscle growth and strength gains. The weight stack glides on two chrome guide rods driven by a high tensile strength cable and pulley wheels with sealed bearings. The MDD-1003 frame is fabricated from commercial grade 11-gauge steel tubing finished in a beautiful platinum baked-on powder coat.
