The direct link movement arm allows a full and continuous range of motion and the adjustable foot roller accommodates different leg lengths and starting positions (pre-stretch). Load up this machine with Olympic weight plates or Olympic bumper plates for resistance, and store them on the convenient weight storage post at the back of the machine when not in use.
