The shoulder pads are fully pop-pin adjustable and include thick, closed cell foam that helps distribute the load throughout a wider area of the shoulders to avoid pinch points during heavier training. Heavy-duty pillow block bearings ensure smooth movement and long lasting performance in commercial gyms.
