Seated Leg Curl Machine – Muscle D Fitness (MDC-1006) – The Muscle D Seated Leg Curl Machine is designed to isolate the hamstring muscles during resistance training while in a seated position. The seated leg curl is one of the most effective hamstring isolation exercises. A seasoned trainer will recognize that angling the feet and knees in or out can isolate the inner, outer or mid hamstrings for complete development. The MDC-1006 conforms to all body sizes and shapes thanks to the adjustable foot roller, thigh pad and backrest, all of which adjust quickly and easily. A conveniently located 200 lb. weight stack allows the trainee to increase or reduce resistance without having to exit the machine. The weight stack resistance system incorporates aircraft quality cables, pulley wheels with sealed bearings and polished steel guide rods. And the heavy-duty steel frame provides a rock solid cockpit for blasting the hamstrings.
