Selectorized Seated Leg Press Machine – Muscle D Fitness (MDC-1009) – The Muscle D MDC-1009 selectorized seated leg press machine is designed to provide resistance training for the quads, hamstrings, hips, glutes and calves. Its easy access design is user friendly for all ages and fitness levels. The wide foot platform allows users ample room for various foot positions for isolating different muscles in the legs. Calf raises are another exercise option and users can hit all three parts of the calves (inner, outer and medial) by simply adjusting the feet to point in, out or straight ahead. The quick-locking handle by the users side adjusts the sled closer or further away from the foot platform. This enables the user to customize the right starting point and range of motion best for them. Oversized sled rollers run across large diameter, hardened steel guide rods for consistently smooth pressing action. And the 300 lb. stack with selector pin can be adjusted without leaving the seat. The frame of the MDC-1009 leg press is fabricated from 11-gauge steel tubing for additional stabilization and extended wear.
