Selectorized Tricep Dip Machine – Muscle D Fitness (MDC-1011A) – The Muscle D selectorized tricep dip machine is strength training equipment specifically designed to build and strengthen the tricep muscles. Tricep dips are so effective in building the triceps and upper body that they are often referred to as “upper body squats”. Another added advantage of a selectorized dipping machine is that it allows trainee’s to perform dips with a weight stack that otherwise couldn’t dip using their own bodyweight. The Muscle D tricep dip includes a 180 lb. weight stack that glides on polished guide rods. The pneumatic adjustable seat accommodates any user height and helps determine the range of motion during the exercise. The angled back pad works to enhance tricep isolation and contraction for better gains. And the handles flip for a wide grip for more pec engagement or narrow for more tricep engagement.
