Shoulder Press Machine – Muscle D Fitness (MDC-1007) – The Muscle D Shoulder Press Machine is designed with two handgrip variations to isolate both the side and front deltoid muscles of the shoulder. The shoulder press is one of the most effective shoulder exercises used to strengthen and build muscle. The overhand grip is used for performing overhead presses for the side deltoids. The converging motion of the arms brings the hands toward each other at the top of the rep, similar to dumbbell shoulder presses, which increases the side delt contraction and isolation. To work the front deltoids, grab the neutral handles out front and press. An added benefit to both of these exercises is they will help increase your bench press. Heavy-duty pillow block bearings ensure smooth operation at all times. A precision air-lift seat lets the user dial in the seat height without leaving the seat. The weight stack generates 150 lbs. of shoulder blasting resistance and rides on polished guide rods driven by a heavy-duty cable and pulley wheels with sealed bearings. As with all the Muscle D strength training equipment, the MDC-1007 is fabricated using 11-gauge steel tubing with baked-on platinum powder coat.
