Side Lateral Raise Machine – Muscle D Fitness (MDC-1002) – The Muscle D Side Lateral Raise Machine is designed to isolate the side deltoids during resistance training for building muscle and increasing strength in the shoulders. Unlike dumbbell side lateral exercises, the MDC-1002 promotes proper form through a defined path of motion specifically targeting the side delts. The front chest pad, arm pads and rotating handgrips work together to ensure isolation and contraction for maximum results. Not only is the MDC-1002 easy to enter and exit but the air lift seat makes customizing the fit and range of motion even easier. Resistance is provided through a 120 lb. weight stack connected to heavy-duty cables that run through pulley wheels with sealed bearings. The cockpit is surrounded by big, 11-gauge steel tubing.
