SportsArt S925 Triceps Extension – The S925 Tricep Extension Machine by SportsArt Fitness is a commercial-grade strength machine with selectorized stack which targets and builds strength in the triceps muscles of the upper arm. The tricep extension exercise is performed by sitting upright with back supported from behind, positioning arms in front of the body and gripping handles at an approximate 90 degree angle, and then extending the forearms and hands forward and downward until arm is fully extended and tricep muscle has reached maximum engagement. Resistance is provided by a weight stack which enables the workload to be adjusted to suit each type of user.
