Weight Assisted Chin Dip Combo Machine with Roller Bearings – Muscle D Fitness (MDD-1008A) – The Muscle D MDD-1008A Weight Assisted Chin DipCombo Machine is designed to give up to 160 lbs. of weight assistance when performing chin-ups and tricep dips. For those who cannot complete a full rep of chin-ups or tricep dips using their own bodyweight, the MDD-1008A reduces the resistance load on these exercises making them possible for a much greater percentage of the general population to perform. And for bodybuilders and powerlifters, the chin dip combo can be an excellent finisher and the cherry on top after a grueling tricep or back workout. The MDD-1008A includes multiple handgrips at the top for performing chin-ups. It also includes a pair of dipping handles that swivel from narrow to wide depending on the users preference. Each exercise can be performed without assistance, or by simply extending the fold away knee pad, now you can recruit up to 160 lbs. of assistance. In other words, a 200 lb. person can reduce their bodyweight resistance to as low as 40 lbs.

The Muscle D MDD-1008A is fabricated using heavy, commercial-grade steel tubing and closed-cell foam padding on the knee pad for additional support and comfort during chin-ups and tricep dips.
